- Preparation of TA/DA Bills, Tution Fees reimbursement bill, LTC Bill, Overtime Bill, Honorarium Bill, Gratuity Bill, Leave Encashment Bill, Personal Advance Bill etc. for Regular Scientific, Technical and Administrative Officers deployed at H.Qtr. &ZonalCenters.
- Preparation of monthly wages Bill for Research Fellows, Research Associates, Project Assistants, apprentices and their TA/DA Bills.
- Preparation of various types of Advance/Adjustment Bill.
- Work related to Income Tax, L.I.C., GIS
- Section Officer of bill section also play the role of drawing and disbursing officer.
