Introduction

Sub-Vertical 5B :Business Development and Project Monitoring

The Project Monitoring and Planning Division of NEERI is an active interface between R&D management, R&D business development, clients servicing and project management. Mandate of PMPD includes:

  • Formulation and Management of projects
  • Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
  • Liaison with business partner, agencies and stake holders
  • Intellectual property and knowledgebase and portfolio management
  • R&D Business Development
  • ISO Accreditation and related activities
  • NEERI performance review and technical support to Director
  • Annual Plan, Five Year Plan, budget and related matters
  • ERP implementation using R& D portal
  • Co-ordination of projects related to Court and NGT cases
